Harry Brown's is seeking an experienced automotive sales specialist to join our team. We have an open sales floor where you can sell GMC, Chevrolet, Ram, Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge vehicles. We partner with Jonathan Dawson & Sellchology for training and believe in individual branding for our sales team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for providing exceptional guest experience. Experienced Sales Specialist Responsibilities:- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Experience selling new and used vehicles to customers- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals- Conduct test drives and provide customers with product knowledge and information- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and services
Experienced Sales Specialist Requirements:- Ability to grow your own success, supported by a reputable business and collaborative team- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales with proven track record- Effective listening skills and ability to articulate customer needs- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster long-term relationships with customers- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
