SkyWater Search Partners is exclusively recruiting for a VP of Sales & Marketing position with a premier IT solutions company located in Minnesota. Our client is a rapidly growing organization that provides solutions across various industries nationwide, including K-12, government, healthcare, and commercial accounts.They are seeking a sales leader to:

Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives and Account Managers.
Oversee Marketing efforts.
Expand enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Build new relationships nationally.
Engage in strategic planning and team management.
Establish sales targets and execution plans.
Coach and develop the team.This role will report directly to the CEO and will be part of the executive leadership team.This position offers a competitive base salary, bonus, LTIP, and exceptional benefits.- Only considering Minnesota-based candidates at this time -
