Description

The Inside Sales Team Lead is a role that will focus on helping develop and maintaining All Energy Solar's Inside Sales team. In addition to the main duties of a solar specialist, the Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating with the Inside Sales Manager with administrative tasks, providing team support, assisting in training new hires, and becoming an expert resource for the other team members. This role will be an opportunity to develop managerial skill sets and with a focus on building a team in a competitive environment.

Duties - In addition to normal Solar Specialist duties (50/50 split ISR vs Team Lead)

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks designated by the Inside Sales Director
  • Provide support to the Inside Sales team and acts as a team representative
  • Help train new Inside Sales Representatives
  • Provide feedback to help improve overall Inside Sales process
  • Be a point of contact for questions from ISR's and an expert in that role Administrative duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Distribute new leads to the Inside Sales Team
    • Handle all inbound voicemails from the call center
    • Handle incoming CallRail records
    • Enter in new leads that are not in Salesforce.com
    • Monitor incoming voicemail messages
    • Manage when IS Manager is unavailable
    • Create cadences for new Campaigns Skills/Qualifications
      • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
      • Self-motivated; ability to work under pressure and in an evolving work environment
      • Great team-spirit
      • Commitment of 40 hours per week
      • Illustrate an outgoing personality and demonstrate personal confidence
      • Available to work on evenings and weekends.

        Commensurate with experience
        • This is a full-time position with $24/hour + commission
        • Profit sharing bonus based on company performance
        • PTO accrual of up to 80 hours annually
