Job Description:
Description:--- Resolve incidents and more complex work orders
for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods.--- Assist
Incident Management and the EOC with notification and resolution
during system/application outages--- Resolve work orders following
documented steps and training--- Other duties as

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.--- Basic
ability to work independently and manage one's time.--- Basic
knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and
computer hardware and software.--- Knowledge of computer software,
such as configuration management software, desktop communications
software, operating system software and internet directory services
software.--- Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices and
proceduresPreferred Qualifications:--- IT Customer Service
