Senior Medicare Compliance Consultant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Medicare Compliance Consultant to monitor and ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor operational control measures for Medicare Advantage Parts C & D to ensure compliance
Identify and document noncompliance activities and report them in a timely manner
Assist in compliance training, audits, and the development of policies and procedures

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting/finance, or a healthcare-related field
Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance or a related field
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to healthcare and Medicare/Medicaid
Master's degree or professional designations preferred
Previous experience in payer, healthcare, or academic compliance preferred
