Description--- Hybrid schedule: On-site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; can WFH otherwise.--- Interview Process: Just 1 interview, 40-45 minutes long. Candidate should be prepared with questions for the manager.Position OverviewNeeding a Sr. Project Manager (10+ years of experience) with Finance and SAP SAC experience.Project OverviewPutting in a new budget/forecast system using SAP SAC as the platform. Needing a Finance background. This is a 1 to 1.5 year project, starting in planning and implementation in January. Build out project plan for a 15 MM critical project. Experience managing large projects, including requirements and design of application deployment.Responsibilities

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to escalation channel
• Financial tracking for the projectTop Skills/Experience Required
• Ten or more years of project management experience, with at least 5 years of application-related deployments
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong executive communication skills
• Experience managing large IT projects
• Excellent presentation skillsNice to Have Skills
• Experience managing projects that deploy finance applications
• Professional certification such as PMP
• Delivered applications to internal business users
• Experience working with business users as well as IT resources
• Experience with SAP SAC implementationsSkills not interested in: No infrastructure PMs.
