Seeking a Marketo Architect to lead the development and implementation of marketing automation technology, ensuring best-in-class processes and data governance.

As a CommScopes Marketo Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our marketing automation tech stack, processes, and database are best-in-class. This role requires significant knowledge of Marketo and marketing infrastructure, and experience in data governance, compliance methodologies, process enhancement, and analytics.

• Act as the Marketo administrator responsible for leveraging the latest advances across technology to implement data governance and support process improvements
  
• Oversee day-to-day instance architecture execution work to optimize Marketing and CRM technology and integrations and manage operational programs, automations, database hygiene, lead scoring, and lifecycle management
  
• Hands-on marketing technology expert, responsible for project management and execution of various business needs in a scalable and sustainable fashion
  
• Collaborate with the global CommScope marketing, sales, and IT teams to configure and use Marketo to optimize the teams overall marketing strategy and marketing intelligence initiatives
  
  
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, IT, or a related field and eight or more years of marketing experience
    
  • Experience as a Marketo system administrator, marketing operations manager, and/or owner of data, technology, and process management
    
  • Marketo Certified Expert
    
  • Proficiency in lead management, including scoring, routing, and nurturing
    
  • Experience in working with related CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and integration of leads and marketing campaigns between the CRM and Marketo
    
    
    You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

    • Experience as a Marketo system administrator, marketing operations manager, and/or owner of data, technology, and process management
