Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist II -
Hospital to manage insurance claims and ensure timely resolution
and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
Submit medical claims in compliance with guidelines and correct
claim errors
Investigate and follow up with payers to collect insurance accounts
receivable
Assess and resolve payer non-payment issues and escalate stalled
claims as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience as an ARS I or 1+ years of medical
billing/follow-up experience in a hospital setting
One year of experience with hospital and/or physician claim
follow-up and appeals
Experience with EMR systems such as Epic or Allscripts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
