This position requires flexibility, as you'll be working part-time hours, with shifts assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability. You'll be part of a friendly, physically active crew that enjoys fast-paced work, being outdoors, and driving their own vehicles.What It Takes

• Lift up to 70 pounds - ensuring you can safely handle packages of varying weights.
• A driver's license in the state where you reside - verifying your ability to operate a vehicle legally and safely.
• No prior experience necessary - making this an excellent entry-point for those new to the industry.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. - confirming your eligibility for employment within the country.
• Adherence to UPS appearance guidelines and the company-provided uniform - maintaining a professional image while representing the brand.Your Vehicle
  • Registration and minimum State insurance required - ensuring your vehicle is properly registered and insured for operation.
  • No other company logos or markings - maintaining a professional, UPS-branded appearance.
  • No bumper stickers, political stickers, or offensive markings - keeping your vehicle free from distracting or offending content.
  • Vehicles must be under 10,000 pounds and, if a truck, have a covered and secured bed - verifying the safety and practicality of your vehicle for package delivery.Benefits and Compensation
