Job Description:

A company is looking for an Expedition Specialist - Outbound.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and close sales opportunities through outbound communication
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage leads and customer relationships
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain product knowledge to drive sales

Required Qualifications

2+ years of inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record
Proficiency in Windows operating system and related applications
Experience in a contact center role is preferred
Travel industry experience or personal travel experience to core destinations is preferred
High school diploma or GED or equivalent industry experience
