A local leading organization is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Finishing - Mounting - Laminating role that enjoys working with their hands and pays close attention to detail. You will respond to client?s and sales requirements in a professional and ethical business manner and provide the best quality service and products through exemplary customer service and quick turnarounds. Responsibilities include:

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers

- Receive, process, and maintain orders for mounting, laminating and finishing services from individuals, departments, and prioritize work assignments based on such criteria as customer needs, work load and machine capabilities

- Make suggestions regarding lams, substrates, and other finishing options

- Estimate completion of job assignments and inform the department manager of any requests that can't be met

- Inspect paperwork and finished work for accuracy

- Perform minor repairs and some routine equipment maintenance

- Work overtime when necessary, overtime is a condition of employment

- Assist our Flatbed and Zund operator as needed

- Conscientious and consistent effort to quickly and accurately complete each task and/or job is the company's productivity standard

Required Skills

- Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in the finishing process

- Attention to detail

- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately

- Understand and communicate job related information clearly and concisely

- Multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy

- Effectively promote the products and services of the company

- 3 years mounting experience preferred
