  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
  • Administer vaccine injections
  • Assess patients during intake
  • Take vital signs
  • Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening
  • Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
  • Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
  • Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activitiesRequired Qualifications
    • Experience with documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, performing point of care testing and care coordination. -Preferred Qualifications
      • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. - If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.
        • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
        • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system such as Epic. -Licensure/Certifications
          • Full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.Education
