SUMMARY:
This project manager will be an integral leader within the New Product Development team. The purpose of this role is to deliver new products and services via Stage-Gate product development processes.
This role

• 
  
• Manages the development and implementation of the company's products and services involving cross functional, multi-site and 3rd party vendor teams
  
• Manages a large multi-year product development program
  
• Assesses project risk and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and business case objectives
  
• Provides regular status reports to senior business leaders, cross functional partners, and clients
  
• Document and Communicate Innovation Roadmaps to align cross-functional groups on longer term development efforts

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
      
    • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 5+ years leading multi-year product development initiatives
      
    • Demonstrated project management experience with ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity
      
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      
    • Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly
      
    • Demonstrated organization skills
      
    • Ability to manage conflicts and drive towards win-win solutions
      
    • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
