Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Commercial Counsel to provide
strategic legal counseling for its technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
Structure, draft, and negotiate complex customer agreements for
SaaS and technology-enabled products
Lead a team of counsel and paralegals while managing compliance
with company policies and legal processes
Provide expert legal advice on commercial matters and create
best-in-class templates and playbooks
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
Experience in SaaS and technology-related legal matters
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations relevant to SaaS
providers
