Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel to join their legal team and
lead commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, including SaaS
and data privacy agreements
Provide legal support and counseling to product teams and human
resources
Assist with litigation, investigations, M&A, and special
projects as needed
Required Qualifications
J.D. and Bar Admission required
Experience with commercial transactions such as SaaS and IP
licensing
Experience in product counseling, employment law, or M&A
In-house experience at a technology, software, CRO, or
pharmaceutical company
Familiarity with data privacy, HIPAA, and information security is
preferred
