Looking to fill a Sales Order Specialist job in Eagan, MN. This position is primarily dedicated to analyzing data and making decisions for appropriate subscription management in a customer focused environment. The Sales Order Specialist will ensure all information is inputted accurately and timely using the current processes and systems.
 
Education:
• Four-year college degree is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant experience.
Experience:
• 4+ years working in a customer service or data processing environment, preferably in a dedicated support role.
• Previous experience with SAP is preferred.
 
Knowledge and Skills:
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Professional attitude and strong service orientation.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Effective analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment and recognize the impact to the business and customer.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of computer systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft office products. SAP knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work extended hours as required by the needs of the business with minimal notice.
