Description:
*Healthcare system has immediate openings for technical business analyst to plan and coordinate ACC business and technical requirements efforts (gathering and documentation) at large clinic in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
*This individual will work with project managers and organizational leaders to document business and technical requirements and help develop detailed plans in partnership with hospital leadership and the project team.
*This position is a customer-facing role.
*This position reports to the client project manager and work with other project managers and team leads to achieve project goals.

Skills:
• Effectively establishes and maintains working relationships at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Understands back-end technologies, e.g., interfaces, databases, servers, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and diplomacy.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
