Job Description:
Role: We are in need of a Sr. Desktop Support Technician for a 6
month opportunity located in Bloomington MN.
- We need someone too:
- Provide Level 2 Desktop / laptop PC support
- Troubleshoot O/S and Hardware for PC services as directed -
Follow ticket process for priority as directed
Qualifications:
-
Must pass a criminal background check before starting
-
3 years experience working in the IT Field
-
3 years experience providing internal and external support in a
Microsoft Windows Based Environment such as Windows XP and Windows
7
-
Must have a solid troubleshooting background on computer related
hardware which includes Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and Printers
-
Must have excellent communication and customer services skills.
