A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Partners with leaders in the organization on the execution of Human Resources programs and initiatives, working collaboratively on resolving issues within assigned business units, and serving as the point of contact to implement effective Human Resources solutions and strategies.
• Coaches business leaders on HR policies and procedures, including talent planning, compensation, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement, while partnering with teams to influence positive change, manage business strategies and promote our culture of continuous growth.
• Consults with leaders on their business strategies to ensure alignment. Analyzing trends and metrics to identify gaps and develop appropriate solutions leading to improvements.WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years of related experience working collaboratively within a complex, highly matrix environment with strong a business acumen.
  • Experience navigating state and federal employment laws with demonstrated experience managing confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams.WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
    • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials preferred.
