Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist to
assist customers with the design and implementation of their
payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new customers through payroll implementations and ensure
effective setup of payroll and HR processes
Plan and review project timelines with customers to achieve
deliverables and go-live dates
Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand needs and train
clients on the system
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of functional business process experience in a
relevant specialty
Experience in software implementation
Four-year degree or equivalent education and business
experience
Technical understanding and capabilities
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
