Job Summary:

Hobby Lobby is seeking a skilled Co-Store Manager to lead our Mankato store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving financial goals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute store plans to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
• Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising
  
  Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a big-box environment
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
