Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Catering Coordinator to join our team at Bon Appetit - Target Headquarters. As a key member of our event planning team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational elements of all specialty events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the operational elements of all specialty events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution, including communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Remain on-site for all special events to ensure they meet all client expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the event team and contribute to the success of Bon Appetit - Target Headquarters.Qualifications:
  • Associates degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate web-based ordering systems, process customer requests, and manage client profiles.
