  WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
  
  • Report to the General Manager.
  • 45-hour work week. Primarily evenings, nights, and weekends (Closing shifts)
  • Responsible for managing store operations.
  • Responsible for restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, image management, and understanding of Pizza Luce's culture.
  • Supervise, coach, develop, and empower 30+ staff to provide best in class delivery, dine-in, and counter service to guests.
  • Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to staff and guests.
  • In absence of the General Manager, RMs perform all managerial duties.
    WHAT YOU OFFER US
    
    • 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30+ staff in a high-volume restaurant operation. Experience with delivery and/or full-service dining are strongly preferred.
    • Able to deliver consistent excellence in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
    • Proven staff management skills, including development of strong staff members for multiple roles and/or for advancement.
    • Demonstrate leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive experience for our staff and guests.

      Our Downtown location is the one that started it all! Over 30 years ago, we began with just delivery and counter service out of half a storefront in the Warehouse District's Textile Building. In the years since, our Flagship location has expanded to include a full bar, dining room, and event space to better serve the pizza-going public. Whatever brings people Downtown, we are here to accommodate them!

      Working nights and weekends, you will have the opportunity to work closely with an unprecedented veteran staff, many of whom have been part of the Luc-- family for over a decade. You will also interface directly with one of the original founders of Pizza Luc-- (who still works in the restaurant six days a week) and members of our home office, which occupies the third floor of the Textile Building.
