Job Description:
Position Title: KITCHEN STAFFLocation: Saint Peter,

HourDescription: Essential FunctionsDeliver meals to rooms at
designated times in a polite and friendly manner.Clean and set up
dining tables and food trays.Uphold our high standards for food
safety and sanitation.Listen and make note of residents' food and
drink requests and needs.Assist in the kitchen as needed, including
cooking, stocking ingredients, dishwashing and maintaining
equipment.Inspect food, food preparation and storage
areas.Communicate with medical staff to ensure nutritional goals
are being met for each patient.Remove and dispose of food items
that are past their expiration datesOther duties as prescribed by
Manager/LeadRequirements: Excellent communication skills and the
ability to empathize with patient needs.Must be able to walk/stand
80% of the shiftAt least a high school diploma or
equivalentCertification in food services preferredMust be able to
push, pull and/or carry up to 90 poundsSkilled in operating cooking
appliances and preparing meals according to instructionSummary:
This is a 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period) position, working
primarily 10:00am to 6:30pm shifts, including every other weekend
and holidays. Will need flexibility to fill in where
needed.Compensation details: 16.17-21.87 Hourly
