Job Responsibilities for the Loan Processor:Assist lenders by preparing and processing loan documentationOrdering and obtaining any necessary supporting documentsFiling recordable documents Inputting and maintaining loans on the Bank's core softwareMaintaining loan files and renewal documentationProviding customer service to loan customers
Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:Processing of daily financial transactionsPromoting productsProviding first call resolution via telephone and electronic correspondences Seeking optimal solutions for client satisfaction
