Now Hiring An Pharmacy Client RepresentativeJob DescriptionThe Pharmacy Services Technician will be the client-facing representative for servicing clients by providing a high level of customer service. This includes troubleshooting issues over the phone, performing weekly routine maintenance on dispensing equipment, restocking automated dispensing units, and documenting all service events, activities, and on-site training activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients.Troubleshoot issues over the phone.Perform weekly routine maintenance on dispensing equipment.Restock automated dispensing units.Document all service events, activities, and on-site training activities.Skills & Qualifications:Registered pharmacy technicianExcellent customer service and relationship-building skills.3+ months of pharmacy experience in a retail (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) or LTC (order entry/triage side) setting.Certification as a pharmacy technician.Proficiency in data entry.About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
