Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:

Nature of Work:

Assessment of work-related injuries and illnesses.
Documentation of work injuries and start the workers comp & return to work process.
Preplacement health assessments & exams
Signoff on Lab/Radiology orders. (Orders are placed through Agility. Results viewed through Epic)
DOT Physicals (Must be DOT Certified)
Support to TMH Staff
Onsite Required
EMR Agility & Epic for orders
Work Schedule & Duration:
- 3 days per week 8 hour days. (Preference: M,W,TH)
- Willing to be Flexible on days depending on need and time of year (example; may need to add extra days for flu shot clinic)
- Estimated need 6-8 months.
- Start date As soon as possible to assist in transition. Current Provider last day is October 27th. Certification Requirements
  - BLS State License Requirements
    - Minnesota
