Job Description:
A company is looking for a Front End Pharmacy Technician -
Remote (Pennsylvania).
Key Responsibilities
Enter new prescriptions and patient demographics into the data
processing system
Provide support for pharmacist callbacks and patient quality
assurance
Handle processing of reorders and assist in specialized
programs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by
state Board of Pharmacy
1 year of work experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM,
or call center settings
Experience providing customer service to internal and external
customers
Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite or similar
software programs
