Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Plan Claims Educator to
enhance the knowledge of the claims processing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs for Claims, Medical
Management, and Case Management staff
Maintain knowledge of AHCCCS and Medicare regulations to ensure
compliance and effective claims adjudication
Analyze training needs and provide focused training based on data
and audit findings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of training experience in an insurance or healthcare
environment
Three years of experience with Case Management, Disease Management,
or claims types
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD-9, CPT-4)
