Job Description:
Locum CRNA 120208: Southeastern, Minnesota
Must have an active state license
Shifts: 8, 10, 12 hrs
Job Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
Dates: ASAP - 12/31/2024
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Certifications required: BC, CRNA, APRN, ACLS, PALS
EMR: Epic.
Vaccination Requirements: Flu
