This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation.Responsibilities:Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course.Work Schedule:Mondays 12:30pm-8:15pmTuesdays 1:30pm-8:15pmWednesdays 6:30am-2:15pmThursdays 6:30am-2:15pmFridays 6:30am-2:15pmSaturdays 7:00am-2:45pm ( 7x/yr)Company Information: We love our communities!
