Outpatient only
M-F, 8a-6p
6 month minimum commitment
# of patients per clinic: 5 --- 8 new patients; 4 --- 10 return
patients
# of procedures per surgical session: 5 --- 8 cases per day
BLS, ACLS, PALS
DEA
Scope of services includes: staffing of Outpatient Mohs Clinic;
providing Mohs micrographic surgical procedures; follow-up care for
Mohs surgical patients; and providing consultations as needed
