This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation.Responsibilities:Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course.Work Schedule:Monday 6:30-2pmTuesday 6:30-2pmWednesday 1:30-8pmThursday 6:30-2pmSaturday 7:00-2:20pm 10 per yearCompany Information: We love our communities!
