Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in
Westfields Hospital & Clinic's Med/Surg department, you will assist
with the basic care of patients within the Wisconsin CNA's scope of
practice, including psychosocial and physical needs that
include:Performing basic patient care responsibilities as assigned
by the Registered Nurse (RN).Communicating observed changes in
patient status and responses to the RN.Providing for the needs of
the pediatric, geriatric and general patient populations.Work
Schedule: .5 - Evening - Every 3rd weekend.Required
Qualifications:Current CNA license in the state of WisconsinBLS
certificationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in EPIC computer
