Job Description:
A company is looking for a State Income Tax Manager to oversee
state and local income tax compliance, planning, and audits.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of multi-state
income tax returns and extensions
Develop and implement state tax planning strategies to minimize tax
liabilities
Manage state income tax audits and conduct research on state tax
laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or MST certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in state income tax compliance and
planning
Solid knowledge of state and local income tax laws and
regulations
Experience with Corptax software preferred
