A company is looking for a VP of Technology to lead technology teams and drive software solutions in the electrification sector.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of intelligent software solutions and machine learning applications for battery technology
Collaborate with the CEO to drive the company's technical strategy and ensure timely delivery of product features
Build and mentor a high-performing technology team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Requirements

Extensive experience in a VP of Technology, Engineering, or similar leadership role in the battery, ML/AI, or Cloud/Embedded software industry
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD preferred
Deep understanding of battery technology, big data, machine learning, and intelligent software development
Proven ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment and develop playbooks for technology organizations
Extensive experience in technology architecture strategy and cloud architecture
