Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement long-term
strategies and operational goals
Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure alignment
with business objectives
Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention,
ensuring a seamless post-sale experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an
MBA is preferred
15+ years of experience in operational leadership roles,
particularly in SaaS environments
At least 6 years of managerial experience demonstrating effective
team leadership
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and operational
dynamics
Experience in building and leading high-performance teams
