Define technical vision and strategy, aligning with other teams
across the company
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as an engineering manager or tech lead
8+ years of experience as a software engineer in large-scale
distributed systems
Experience managing projects across multiple teams
Proven track record of shipping production quality software for
complex products
Experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching engineers
