The Quality Program Director, Accreditation oversees the
preparation, application, and ongoing monitoring of accreditation
standards. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization
meets and exceeds the highest standards of care and service
delivery.Duties
- Accreditation Management: Engage each market in the
preparation, application, and maintenance processes for
accreditation, ensuring all standards are met and maintained and
documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Accreditation Standard Monitoring: Continuously monitor and
evaluate compliance with accreditation standards, identifying areas
for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the Quality Program
Director, Policy, and Performance Management to develop and update
policies and procedures to align with accreditation standards and
best practices in the industry.
- KPIs: Collaborate with the Quality Program Director, Policy,
and Performance Management to develop, revise, and monitor
organizational KPIs as required to adhere to accreditation
standards.
- Training and Education: Provide initial and annual refresher
training and support to BSL employees on accreditation standards
and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
quality care. Ensure changes to standards are implemented.
- Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives,
using data and feedback to drive enhancements in service delivery
and client outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and
external stakeholders, including leadership, staff, clients, and
regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and support for
accreditation efforts.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on accreditation status,
compliance issues, and quality improvement initiatives to senior
management and other stakeholders.Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or
a related field. Master's degree and/or nursing degree
preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance,
accreditation, or a related field, preferably within a healthcare
or social services setting.
- In-depth knowledge of accreditation standards and
processes.
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance or accreditation
are preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per
