We are seeking a passionate and experienced Aerial Foreman to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and leading our aerial lineman crews, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in our installation, maintenance, and repair projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a strong commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:1. Oversee and lead aerial lineman crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial construction projects.2. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all crew members are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and techniques.3. Implement and enforce strict safety compliance measures to maintain a risk-free working environment.4. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are consistently met.5. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within the allocated resources.6. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project.8. Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including manpower hours, equipment use, and materials procurement.9. Continually evaluate and improve operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an aerial lineman or in a similar role in the construction industry.2. Proven experience in leading and managing crews, with strong leadership and team management skills.3. Extensive knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial construction projects.4. Strong commitment to safety with a proven track record of enforcing safety compliance measures.5. Solid experience in quality control and project management.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.8. Physically fit and able to work at heights.9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.10. Certification in First Aid and CPR is an asset.
