Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Tax Preparer to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee tax engagements to ensure accurate tax returns and
efficient flow
Prepare tax returns using source documents and assess members' tax
situations
Conduct tax-related research on complex topics and provide
recommendations to members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
PTIN and CTEC certification (California preparers)
Experience preparing income tax returns, including 1040, 1120-S,
1065 & 990
Experience with multi-state tax returns
Familiarity with Ultra Tax software and knowledge of US and
California Tax Codes
